The main residence is beautifully presented throughout, with three bedrooms, bathrooms and spacious open-plan living and dining areas designed to make the most of the spectacular outlook. Large windows fill the home with natural light and frame the surrounding scenery, while the seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces makes entertaining and relaxing effortless.



Adding to the exclusivity of the property, The Distiller’s Retreat also features a dedicated helicopter landing area, offering a unique option for guests arriving by helicopter and adding another exceptional element to this elevated Golden Bay escape.

Separate Self-Contained Accommodation Downstairs, a private self-contained unit provides additional accommodation and its own sense of space and independence. This makes The Distiller’s Retreat particularly well suited to extended families, multi-generational stays or groups travelling together, allowing everyone to enjoy time together while still having the option of their own private space. Combined, the property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
