This was our second time staying at the Mt Airy Quality Inn.
Reservations were easy to make and staff was very accommodating. We were satisfied with our stay.

Initially put us in a room that was being worked on and left ajar when we arrived. Walked in and it had a strong smell of paint. Workmen had debris scattered out front. We asked to have our room changed, which they did and everything in that room was extremely outdated and smelled musty. Once the AC ran a while to smell dissipated. Walking back from the lobby another couple yelled out to us to check our bed because they had founds bedbugs in their first room and showed us video of what they found. Luckily we found no sign in our room. Will not stay here again!

Renovating many rooms, lot of dirt due to construction. Should note this on reservation site.

Currently remodeling many units in close proximity to the units being rented. Dirty walkways and abundant paint fumes. Furniture in my unit was very used, some soiled.

Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe sink backed up quickly, the shower constantly ran, water would not shut off. Toilet continuously flushes every minute.The maids did not clean the room unless we complained. water pressure is poor. Overall the stay sucked.

Ball tournament weekend
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HotelsIt was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was a little older and the bathroom had peeling paint on the ceilings but was clean.
