The fully-stocked kitchen includes a six-burner stove and brand new dishwasher and all the cooking and baking implements necessary for simple summer meals or cozy winter feasts. There are eight seats at the table and a kitchen island with four stools.

The Cuisinart coffee maker features a 12-cup drip coffee maker (BYO grounds) and a single serve pod coffee maker (coffee pods provided).

The home is equipped with newly installed mini-split air conditioning units in all of the bedrooms, the main living space, and the gym, making it a comfortable retreat in all seasons.

A washer and dryer and a hanging rack are available for your convenience.

The driveway has space for four cars. A large, heated, two-car garage ensures plenty of space for vehicles in any season of the year.

Ample garage storage space makes it easy to store all of your beach, biking, hiking, or winter gear. The garage has a wagon and beach chairs for the easy 300-yard stroll to the swimming area at Long Pond.

The home is stocked with cotton bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent are provided as complimentary starter supplies for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, and guests may wish to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Guests have access to the whole house except for two locked cleaner’s closets, two utility closets, and the unfinished space above the garage.
Other things to note
Outdoor string lights and some outdoor furniture will not be available November 1 through May 1, due to winter weather conditions.

One security camera on the side of the property that faces the driveway is recording 24/7 for security purposes

Two Ring doorbell cameras at the front doors for security and to manage our cleaning team
