Excellent stay in Central Motel.

The motel was conveniently located in the centre of Mount Gambier and for a budget price it was above expectations. Will definitely stay next time I’m in the area.

My only bad night here.

I’ve stayed here many times for work. This was a stay with my wife. The girl at the desk was not the usual guy who is great. She seemed unhappy to be there. There were people sitting out side the only window smoking and although it was closed the smoke smell was disgusting. The window in the bathroom was all full of dust, cobwebs and dirty rags for some reason.

All we needed for an overnight stay, position is excellent, would happily stay again. A couple of things that didn't bother me but might others, defrosting the fridge is easy, lets the place down being frosted up quite so much. With no soap dish in the shower make sure used soap is not left on top of the shower wall. maybe a bit picky, but it's a great place and little things can be important
