Quick getaway trip for me and my best friend. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. It was a staycation for a conference nearby. We are both residents in Berkeley County. This was such a cute hotel. I highly recommend.

I prepaid for breakfast for each day, but only got credit for 5 out of 7 days. When we checked in, I told the front desk clerk, and she simply replied, "I don't think so." The description for the hotel on Expedia states that a microwave is available in each room. Nope. Also noted the "restaurant" on the property. Actually, it's only open for breakfast. Housekeeping was horrible. I requested a complete cleaning, and they barely grazed the room. i.e., trash and dirty towels. When I didn't request housekeeping, they didn't even bother to provide towels. The floor was always sticky. For the price, a MAJOR disappointment. Not sure why all the 5-star reviews.

The location was great - easy access to local attractions and highway. Very clean, well-maintained property from the lobby area to the room. I found the beds comfortable with a variety of pillow types to find the perfect style for everyone.

The property was wonderful. The problem we had was the family above us were jumping around most of the night and it was loud throughout the ceiling. The wonderful staff helped us relocate to another room which we appreciated.
