Reservation communication with the vendor and the hotel was lacking. Had to go through a long conference call multiple times to be able to get the room reserved. Sarah the manager managed to get one for us at the last moment as there was a cancellation. This is not a good experience at all. I am sorry I chose your hotel to stay at. Dealing with 2 handicapped people and having to deal with this minor issue is not accpetable.
