Unwind in the spacious living room, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a matching chair, two antique wooden accent chairs, and a 32" smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. A bookcase stocked with reading material adds a homey touch, and there’s an expandable table with three chairs—perfect for extra seating or casual meals.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining
The eat-in kitchen includes a table for two and everything you need to cook or reheat meals. Enjoy a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a traditional coffee maker with bee-themed mugs and coffee and tea to start your day. A sliding glass door leads to a covered back deck—ideal for enjoying a breeze or taking a quiet break.

🛏 Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, soft lighting, nightstands, two fabric-drawer dressers, and a closet for your convenience.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen-sized bed, two nightstands with lamps, a desk, a closet, and two bookcases (one with drawers) that provide extra storage and a few books to enjoy.

🛁 Bathroom
The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, a vanity with sink, and all the essentials to help you feel refreshed and ready for the day.

🧺 Laundry
A front-loading washer and dryer are available for guest use, ideal for longer stays or freshening up after a day out.

🌿 Outdoor Space
The covered back deck features a bistro table and chairs for two, plus a metal bench—great for morning coffee or evening chats. The front yard is nicely landscaped, and the covered front porch offers shade and protection from the elements as you come and go.

Located just off Broadway on a side street, Cozy Bee Hive is centrally located in Mt. Vernon. Local dining, shopping, and downtown attractions are just minutes away, offering easy access without being in the middle of the bustle.

📷 Security
There is one security camera on the front porch facing the front door. It records audio and video 24/7 for guest and property safety.

📑 Important Booking Information

A Renter Agreement is required to book. It will be sent to you at the time of booking for signature.

A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card two days before arrival. This hold is released within five days of departure, pending no damages. Both the Rental Agreement and security deposit will be via a secured link sent at the time of booking.
