The house is located in Fleetwood, NY, 25 minute drive from NYC, close to 6 major highways,15-minute walk to Metro North Train Station (30 mins to Grand Central Station).

You will have access to the entire house EXCEPT the basement and garage which is used for storage.

If you need anything regarding your stay, please message us or email us between 9am-7pm so that we can assist you or send maintenance to help you.
If you have any non-emergency requests or concerns after 7pm, we kindly ask that you wait until the following day, and we will promptly address them.
There are no bedrooms on the first floor, guests have to climb stairs to the bedrooms.
Surveillance or recording devices on property: For your safety and security, our rental property is equipped with surveillance cameras on OUTSIDE areas of the property. These cameras are used solely for the purpose of monitoring the property and ensuring the safety of our guests.
Please note that these cameras are not located in any private areas, such as bedrooms or bathrooms. Additionally, we do not monitor the cameras in real-time, but rather review footage as needed in the case of any incident or emergency.
If you have any questions or concerns about the use of surveillance cameras, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Rental agreement provided by the host will need to be signed upon booking.
We are absolutely thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! To maintain a harmonious environment for everyone involved, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. All smoking must take place outside, and guests are responsible for properly disposing of smoking-related waste. $500 fee will be applied if any smoking evidence is found.
2. No parties or events: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our community, we do not allow parties or events to be hosted in our home. A $500 fee will be applied if any partying evidence is found.
3. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am.
4. Please leave wet and dirty shoes, boots and jackets in the foyer. Comfy slippers and interior sandals will keep floors and homes clean and dry.
5. Be respectful of all common areas.
6. Report any damage immediately.
7. Pets allowed, $150 non refundable fee for each pet up to two pets.
8. By using our WIFI network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and commit not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, sharing, and other illegal activity as described by County, State, and Federal Law.
9. VRBO reservations, a picture of the photo ID must be provided upon booking for verification purposes.
