We are the only accommodations in the forest reserve with A/C. We have a salt-water swimming pool on the property and waterfalls, including Big Rock, within walking distance.

This villa is located on the Kane Villas property, which has 3 separate rentals on 5 acres of land.

Our exact location is between Blancaneaux Lodge and Gaia Riverlodge, exactly 1 mile from Big Rock Waterfall.

Mountain Pine Ridge is an area where you go to explore nature at its finest, visit the largest Mayan Ruin in Belize (Caracol), to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life.

Our property is the perfect jumping off spot to explore Caracol, Rio On Pools, Big Rock Waterfall, Rio Frio Cave, Barton Creek Cave, 1000 Ft Falls, among other natural attractions.

Our property is completely off grid. We run on solar with a back up generator (20 kw Generac), so we are never without power.

Our facilities are truly top-notch with high-end finishings, comfortable bedding, top quality linens, great water pressure and full-time security.

We are in full compliance with the Belize Tourism Board, we adhere to local fire safety standards, we’ve passed a public health inspection and we also have a carbon monoxide detector in the villa. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority.

We provide all linens, towels, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, seasoning salt, dish soap, coffee, tea, sugar, powdered milk, paper towels, tin foil, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo and purified drinking water.

The internet on the property is HughesNet satellite. It is a limited data based plan so we ask guests not to stream, upload/download, use VoIP, etc. It is best for checking emails, social media and basic browsing. It can also be affected by poor weather. If speedy, reliable internet is important to you please consider other accommodations.

Other things to note:

The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) collects 9% tax on all short term rentals in the country. This tax IS included in your Airbnb quote. This tax goes directly to the government as per law.
