Left stranded
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsNot much to say outside of the title but we booked a room here in November of 2023 to stay in February 2024, get to the hotel to check in only to be told they don't have our booking and are fully booked. This is despite me having a confirmation number, invoice, receipt to prove my booking, which was all verified by a member of the Hotels.com support team we had on the phone trying to help us. To say we were stressed was an understatement. We understand bookings change but there was no communication from the hotel that we didn’t have a room until we arrived. Wouldn’t consider this hotel again in the future

Loved the smell of roses when we walked in, loved the grey washer marked makeup remover, loved the make up wipes, loved the instant hot water supply, loved the water pressure, loved the friendly staff, loved the appreciation of an unusual situation forcing us to checkout late. So many things to love that we will be back again and again.

Great sized room. Well fitted out. Has black out blinds but then a glass door to bathroom that lets light from the window in. Would be great to black out the whole room.
