Our 80m2 holiday flat is located right between the Fichtelgebirge and the Franconian Forest. Here you will find a spacious living room with sofa bed, access to the balcony, satellite TV, W-LAN. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. The children's room is furnished with two single beds, the parents' bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with shower and bath completes the whole. Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided. A parking space for your vehicle is available on the property.



With a population of around 10,000, Münchberg is one of the largest and oldest towns in the district of Hof and the ideal starting point for many hikes and excursions. Whether big or small, there is something for everyone. Your hosts will be happy to give you tips and suggestions.
In the town centre (10 min walk) and on the outskirts you will find everything for your daily needs.
The two nearest larger towns are Hof/Saale (approx. 22 km) and Bayreuth (approx. 36 km). Here, too, there are many opportunities for leisure activities. Excursions to Saxony and the Czech Republic are possible from Münchberg within a very short time. 
In winter there is usually enough snow for snowshoeing, sledging and skiing. The ski regions of Waldstein, Bischofsgrün, Mehlmeisel and Ochsenkopf are only about 30 kilometres away.

Münchberg is just off the A9 Berlin-Munich motorway. Take the Münchberg exit in the direction of Straas, then take the roundabout in the direction of Kulmbach. Stay on the bypass and turn right at the second junction towards Gottersdorf. At the next junction, turn right towards Münchberg. After the town sign, take the second road on the left. At the end of the road, turn right and drive up the hill to the first road on the left. Turn round the bend and you are there. There is also a large children's playground in the immediate vicinity.
