Large Secure 2 Bedroom Apartment with large pool steps to Mullins Beach

A very spacious tastefully decorated apartment , all windows and doors are screened ( bug free ) in a small block of 4 Mediterranean style units . The Apartment is well equipped with a modern Italian kitchen ,and two recently refurbished bathrooms .Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans . The Apartment is secured with
wrought iron so doors and windows can be left open to enjoy the ocean breeze.There is a large lounge: Dining Room which opens fully onto a Double Balcony ,overlooking the garden and resort size pool . The main bedroom has en-suite Bathroom there is a second Bathroom in the hallway both have electronic safes .The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer ,microwave ,oven ,hob dishwasher and small appliances .Full time housekeeper onsite and Laundry Facilities are in a separate building , private car park out front .
Mullins Beach is a 4 minute walk down the road . Shopping facilities in nearby Speightstown or Holetown both a 10 min bus ride .
Casablancea is in a quiet Cul de sac in a beautiful residential area with lots of birds and monkeys ( no traffic noise ) yet just a short walk to famous restaurants and spa , beach bar water sports etc - the West Coast has it all and only 45 min from Airport
Note the pool at Casablanca is not suitable for small children, it is unattended and does not have a shallow end .

This is by far the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in in Barbados over 25 years of visits. The furnishings are all top quality and very comfortable. It’s a perfect spot for relaxation - away from any road noise and so peaceful sat around the pool, yet a short walk down the hill to a super beach with a good range of bars and restaurants. We would definitely book here as first choice in future.

Home away from home!

I fell in love with the villa the moment I walked in. The owner Kevin, clearly put a lot of thought into making sure everything you’d need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay was provided. The only thing to note is that there’s no TV, but we were able to stream our favorite shows on my laptop without any issues.

This apartment was even better than it was in the post. It had absolutely everything we needed more. Checkin was really easy. Location was great. Approx 500m from mullins beach with local busses passing every few minutes. The hosts were great and replied quickly to any questions we had. Also beach toys, snorkelling eqt all available in the property for use. Would definitely stay here again. Very sevure for young children aswell with the safety bars on the balcony. A stay

Excellent and highly recommended

This is my second visit to Kevin and Paula’s lovely home. Great location mins walk from Mullins and Gibbs beach. It is a beautiful large 2 bed large 2 bath home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Full kitchen. Excellent balcony overlooking lovely mature gardens with a refreshing pool. The property is well maintained and cleaner and Gardner there most days. I cannot recommend this home highly enough and have already booked again for later this year,

Great location near Mullins beach

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We loved the location, just a short walk to Mullins beach and not far from Speightstown. We also liked the outside area and had all our meals sitting outside.The pool is a bonus. Overall, we had a great stay at the apartment.

Excellent and great value

This is an amazing property and the pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms huge, very clean and comfortable with lots of storage space. The kitchen was large and had everything you needed including a great blenda. The large American fridge /freezer had a plumbed in ice maker which was an added bonus. The balcony area is large and lovely great space to spend the evening. It runs the length of the lounge and bedroom. Plenty of seating and tables. The pool is great and clean and deep!! I couldn’t reach the bottom and I’m 5ft7.. I liked how big and deep it was and it sits in lovely mature gardens with lots of monkeys and birds visiting. A nice touch was the host arranging for some basic supplies to be provided as I was in a late flight arrival. Much appreciated. The host responded to messages very quickly and couldn’t have done enough to be more helpful. I have stayed in many places along the West Coast 2-4 times per year for 10 years and this has been my favourite and why I have already booked for Xmas and New Year 24/25. Highly recommended.
