Upon arrival easy check-in and had an elevator, good.
Room quite spacious but lacked lighting as it was too dim at night, especially kitchen area.
Kitchen lacked equipment throughout and the extractor fan was at eye level which you could've easily injure yourself.
There was a big kitchen knife left pointing upright in the utensil jar which was unsafe.
Large windows for ventilation but had to keep them closed most of our stay as there were a lot of smokers outside.
Plenty of desk space but the chairs were uncomfortable and dirty, food crumbs left in the gaps of the seating.
The bed was uncomfortable and impractical.
Bed frame had some dark stains and along the surface was very dusty.
A few coffee stains splattered on the walls and a few spots of pink mould on the bathroom tiles where the shelves were.
Spacious bathroom with a large shower and plenty of storage.
During our stay the shower drain became blocked and we removed the cover to reveal that it had not been emptied and cleaned for a long period of time.
We met Bryan the next working day to request 2 items but there was a slight miscommunication, although he was well mannered and friendly.
We were also told that the rest of our stay would be self care which meant no more requests/supplies.
When asked regarding laundry we weren't informed that the paying machine didn't give back change and we weren't reimbursed for this.
Met other staff members during our stay and all were friendly.
To sum up: All style, no substance.
