It’s a rather 3.5 than 3. No big complaints but also no big highlights after 5 nights of stay to make one go back there. Rooms were tidy and clean but the whole idea of paper cups, tetra packs for water etc made the stay feel a bit too average. Not really reminiscent of a Marriot affordable brand Felt that the the service people were kind and accommodating . Very well connected to the city despite rhe shabby nature of rhe ostbahnhof

The staff, bistro & breakfast are ALL top notch. We stayed in an Accessible room, which is obviously intended for W/C guests. I only need safety rails in the shower, but this was all they had. I believe using this shower was unsafe for me. Water went all over the floor making it slippery, Hand rails were not placed where a guest can use them -unless they are in a W/C. Toilet was awkward. Also, TV options were terrible. There was an obvious glut of liberal/socialist news programs. Ugh. No worthwhile movies or shows, with just a smattering of languages other than German.
