Family-friendly u. One bedroom apartment between Munich and Chiemsee

The small town of Western village lies on the eastern edge of Glonn and is located in the Munich area. The hilly foothills with many beautiful hiking trails and cycling distinguishes our area!

Our newly renovated, 60 square meter apartment on the first floor can be reached via an outside staircase.
There is equal to the cozy, sun-filled living area with an ample equipped kitchen and the dining area.

The two (folding) sofas invite for reading, watching TV, relaxing, ... or they enjoy the (evening) sun on the South or the West, two balconies!

In. 1 Stock is also located a bathroom with shower / toilet, hair dryer and washing machine and a closet for your personal belongings.

The bedroom is in. 2 Floor with a balcony to the west, with a beautiful view of nature.
There are 1 double bed, 2 single beds and enough space in the spacious wardrobes available.

Whether as a couple, as a family and / or active holiday (hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, etc.) or traveling on business - with us you are always welcome!

The closeness to nature, but also to Munich (30 km), the Tölzer Land (40 km), according to Rosenheim (30 km) or the Chiemgau (50 km) make us a popular fulcrum!

The nearest supermarket is located in about 800 meters away Herrmann LandwerkstÀtten or in Glonn (1 km).

, 10 km from Grafing to reach either by bus, MVV line 440, (about 30 m to the nearest bus stop) in about 25 minutes or by car in 1 0 minutes. From there regularly goes a train to Munich, Rosenheim, Salzburg, Kufstein.

On foot you can reach us after approx 1 km, past the idyllic castle pond, the beautiful Zinneberg lock with the small monastery shop, or about 2 km away Gut Sonnenhausen with many cultural events, or the Herrmann LandwerkstÀtten with farm shop, playground and many animals.

Maison trÚs agréable à la campagne proche d'une station du S-Bahn

Avec notre voiture nous étions en 5 minutes à la station Grafing-Bahnof pour accéder ensuite au centre de Munich. La maison est trÚs agréable et nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli et conseillé par la propriétaire.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen: großzĂŒgig und sauber; in der KĂŒche alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 35 Minuten in MĂŒnchen und trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr lĂ€ndlich, so dass man dort auch gut spazieren gehen kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und offen. Also alles bestens!

Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung ĂŒber zwei Etagen mit Balkons. FĂŒr vier Personen ordentlich Platz, konnten sogar auf dem Balkon zur SĂŒd-ostseite frĂŒhstĂŒcken (war halt auch schönes Wetter im Oktober). Wohnung liegt sehr lĂ€ndlich, bietet sich aber an fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach MĂŒnchen und in die Alpen.

Lovely country apartment!

We enjoyed ourselves very much. the place was beautiful and relaxing. Not having the Smart Hub or many English channels to watch on television was a bit of a damper, but it was tolerable. the area waass gorgeous and the nearby town, Glonn, was peaceful. the neighbors were exceptionally friendly! We took a walk down the various paths and discovered nearby gems, like the organic market. The train ride to Munich was beautiful with the many landscapes. Best of all, our hosts were accommodating. Mrs. MittermĂŒeller came to help us with the television. We meet their children in our last night there after a long day in the city. They were nice and cute! The apartment is very close to bus stops in both directions. We cut across a small field to take the 440 to Munich, and after that field you can cross the street to catch a bus to Glonn. If you are in shape, you can walk the 20-35 minutes to the grocery store in Glonn. Just make sure you get there BEFORE dark. We got in a day late because my brother's work plans changed and he had to leave town (Weiden). So, we visited Weiden first, then came to our apartment. We got there after dark because we missed 1 train, which meant we missed the last bus to Westerndorf. But Mr. MittermĂŒeller was helpful and kind and kept a smile on his face. The country sounds are alive and well at this home, including cows, so if you don't want that...wear earplugs! Also, on our last morning, the WiFi want working. This made it extremely hard to but our bus and train tickets that morning. I'm not sure our it was because of the rain the night before or if it was cut off because we were checking out. So, just be aware that the WiFi may be spotty. We did not have any service on our AT&T phones unless we were on the WiFi. So, please be mindful of that! Overall, we were quite satisfied. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt großartig. Es gab schöne SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu sehen und das Cafe West hatte immer eine herrliche Auswahl zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit von der Bushaltestelle und der Stadt MĂŒnchen entfernt. Sei bereit zu gehen und viele Fotos zu machen. Besuchen Sie den VictualMarkt! Dieser Ort ist nicht fĂŒr alltĂ€gliche StĂ€dtereisen geeignet, aber wenn Sie mehr Zeit zum Entspannen verbringen möchten, ist dieses Apartment perfekt!

An Amazing Stay

This property is located countryside and it is absolutely gorgeous. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Transportation to the city center is a bit rough at first but after a few tries it gets easier. Bring plenty of mosquito repellent , as the mosquitos are extremely vicious. The girls and I enjoyed our stay and our hosts were lovely.

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment is exactly like the pictures and is very well kept and clean. Our host are very nice and accommodating. The community of Glonn is very welcoming and filled with friendly people. We were in driving distance to Munich and other wonderful sites.

Fantastisch, super schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt. Rustige omgeving, dicht bij bergen en Munchen

We hebben met onze twee zonen een heerlijke week gehad. Alles is in de woning voorhanden. Koken kan er prima. Erg netjes en leuk ingericht. Goed geslapen, en met de metro of auto naar MĂŒnchen en naar de bergen gegaan. Appartement is echt top. Heel erg vriendelijke eigenaren. Munchen ook erg mooi: Deutsches Museum, tour over het dak van het Olympia stadion, BMW welt, tour door BMW fabriek, Wendelsteinbahn tandradbaan (47 km van het appartement) naar top van de berg met super mooi uitzicht over de Alpen, monument Dachau en heel veel moois in Munchen.
