The staff are so kind and supportive. However the single room which I was staying was smaller than the pictures and on the day of my arrival it was very dirty. The toilet wasn’t flushed and the floor wasn’t clean.

Hotel mit wirklich gutem Frühstück

Tolles Personal, gute Pflegeprodukte, herausragendes Frühstück für ein 3*+ Hotel, Getränke und auch leichtes BarFood sehr ordentlich. Bettwaren könnten kuscheliger sein und 2 Kissen wären schön. Schade dass es keinen Mini-Kühlschrank gibt und leider könnte die Sauberkeit immer noch besser sein. Wenn unter dem Bett nicht zumindest alle 2-3 Tage geputz wird fliegen doch immer wiederFuselnester unter dem Bett hervor. Unschön.

Basically, we needed to be in Munich during the big trade fair when all hotel rooms were much more expensive than usual. It was a 'double room' in that it had a double bed, but the facilities were for one: there was a desk with one chair so only one person could work at a pc, and not enough room in the bathroom for two people's toiletries. Given how crowded Munich hotels were that week we were glad to get it but luxurious it wasn't. Oh, and it was on the third floor, I have mobility issues, and there wasn't a lift. On the plus side, we arrived at 11 at night after train problems, and the barman was not only very nice, he was able to rustle up some simple hot food.

A fine hotel

We quite enjoyed our stay at Flemings Hotel Schwabing. Our room was pleasant, equipped with a fine bathroom and a balcony giving a nice view of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it was too early in the season to sit outside. I was surprised to learn that normally the rooms are cleaned only every other day. Two days after our arrival, we returned at 5pm to discover that the room had not been made up yet. I renewed my request that at least the bath room be cleaned and provided with fresh towels. When we returned a few hours later, the entire room and not only the bath had been thouroughly cleaned, including the beddings Wonderful! The breakfast buffet and service are excellent. The inner court yard providing deck chairs would be much appreciated in summer. Conclusion, a fine hotel, well located. We will gladly stay there again.
