Easy location to jump on the Autobahn or the train. Comfortable and affordable. Great restaurant in from of the hotel named Ristorante Pizzeria Freetz and the hotel has an incredible breakfast.

WiFi signal too weak to provide internet connection, unacceptable and easy to cure with a relay post. No improvement after 2 complaints. Reception locked up in afternoon (key card needed to enter). Breakfast no longer included in the room rate. Bed linen clean but stained (1x) - should be thrown out.

The customer service at the front desk during check-in was brutal. As someone who worked in customer service and from Canada, it took everything in me to maintain being respectful and polite to the rude women at the front-desk. Felt like since I was English speaking there was an immense amount of rudeness. Regardless of greeting in German and attempting to speak German to her.
