Staff are kind and helpful towards the guests. Breakfast delicious but I should have requested white coffee because I did not like strong coffee that was provided in a coffee pot. Room and bathroom very clean.

The breakfast buffet was very good. It was a little walk to the train or bus station, but not bad. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room or ice machine. The shower had a very high tub to step over.

I've mixed views about this hotel. Location isn't bad, tucked away so not on a main road and reasonable walking distance to the U or S Bahn. Breakfast was okay though I wouldn't get down there too late. I didn't really have any interaction with other staff. Room was quite small, even for a single. So nothing was particularly wrong but not sure I'd rush back either.

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen. Man erreicht die U- oder S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten und ist somit schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Einrichtung ist praktisch aber schon etwas älter. Die Betten waren bequem, nur die Kissen könnten erneuert werden. Das Hotel bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet an. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auch wenn sehr viele Leute im Speisesaal sind, findet man immer noch einen Platz und eine reichhaltige Auswahl am Buffet.

An excellent hotel for a Munich city visit . Superb location in a quiet, safe area - brilliant for public transport links . Staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfasts were really fantastic . We will stay here again next time we come to Munich

Perfect for what I needed. A small , efficient , clean room for 1 person for 1 night. Even had a work desk. good shower with nice water pressure and hot. Close walking to S Bahn train. And the free breakfast as others have mentioned was exceptional compared to other places I have stayed. Staff was super friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Carmen -- an older hotel, but clean & functional rooms. Also located in super convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. Loved the included breakfast -- great variety and was above expectations!

It is located in a great area that was walkable to transportation and local events. The hotel is older with some stains but overall clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Excellent staff. Room was extremely clean. Transportation options were very close. Close to attractions. Breakfast was very nice and the staff went above and beyond. Beds were comfortable for the two of us. We had an extra bed. Elevator for one person at a time and stairs available. In room safe worked perfectly. Room was quiet facing courtyard.

Located in a quiet residential area, which felt very safe, the building did not stick out or take away from the surrounding apartments/family living areas. Check in went smoothly and the staff was very helpful. The room was small but cozy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. A window was able to be opened fully and a was fan available to keep cool. I enjoyed the morning breakfast spread which kept me full until lunch. Within convenient walking distance to public transportation (~8 minutes to Harras station). The only thing I did not like is that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. But the hotel is very close to restaurants, shops, and even a Turkish grocery that provided fresh produce if you needed food, drinks, or personal items. They also have a kebab shop very close by and an Indian restaurant attached to the hotel (in the same area where breakfast is served). In summary, my needs were accommodated for my Oktoberfest visit. Would recommend and visit again!
