The room itself was really cold. I called the front desk and was informed that there is not much they can do until the next day. I was given a portable space heater which worked well. The next day, well, nothing happened with the same condition.

The Leonardo hotel chain is good. We were at Leonardo Heidelberg too. Our stay at both hotels were pleasant and comfortable.

Check-in was rather slow, the garage does not have enough space when fully booked (which is not a problem as there is enough parking near by) the bathroom has only a glass ( non transparent) sliding door, which offers little privacy, otherwise a very modern and clean hotel. I appreciated the gym, which is difficult to find in most hotels.

But one thing they charge 19.00 Euro for Breakfast I thinks should be around 10.00 Euro
