The staff was very friendly. The bed was so comfortable. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see and more. Many restaurants in the area and very close to the train station. We took the S train from the airport and to the main train station. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Clean space. Helpful staff. Easy check in. Generally a wonderful experience. Had two minor issues: 1) air conditioning in room did not work, and it took a long time to get moved to a room with A/C. 2) we asked hotel to line up a taxi to the airport. Driver cheated us: demanded 2x a typical fare and claimed that he could not accept a credit card because of internet connection (despite fact that he advertised taking CC). Do not know whether to hold this against the Platz desk or not. Wish they would have called a reputable driver, though.

Brilliant location. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a few issues with our room - air con didn’t work at all and lighting was very poor. It is an old, historic hotel (which is nice) but problems with air con and lighting were disappointing

Can't ask for a better location. Around the corner from the Marionplatz down a quiet street. Near the action and great food stalls, shopping, and restaurants an easy stroll away. Hotel was large and friendly, with a cafe for morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice upgraded historical hotel. Large rooms. Pretty lobby with attached bar and light food. Staff was super friendly. Very close to platz and market area and a large beer haus. We shifted to one of the new suites (at hotel’s request). Preferred the older room! But suite was very nice.
