Schöne Wohnung mit mehr als ausreichend Platz. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Mail sehr problemlos und freundlich.Vermieter reagierte auf Hinweis, dass die Reinigung der Wohnung von ihm überprüft werden sollte sehr gut, da diese in unseren Augen verbesserungswürdig ist.Couch ist leider für uns zu unbequem gewesen, aber das ist sehr subjektiv.Parkplatz top am Haus mit Schranke gesichert und nur ca. 3 Minuten bis zur Bushaltestelle um den ÖPNV nutzen zu können.Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Danke.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hatte genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Sie zeichnet sich durch den besonderen Einrichtungsstil aus. Schöne Austattung! Für uns Mieter wäre es schöner gewesen wenn nicht so viele hochflorige Teppiche liegen würde.(Sauberkeit)

Auszeit in Unterhaching

Meine Frau mein Vater und mein Bruder auf den Weg in ein Unvergessliches Metallica Wochenende. Wir haben die Wohnung gebucht weil wir eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von München brauchten da wir Tickets für zwei Tage Metallica im Olympiastadion hatten. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr freundlich begrüßt und in die Details der Wohnung eingewiesen. Zur Wohnung gehörte eine Parkplatz der durch eine Schranke geschützt war. Zusätzlich haben wir Tipps zur Anbindung nach München (Marienplatz) ca 20min und zum Olympiastadion erhalten. Die Wohnung war sauber geräumig und in einem ruhigen Merfamilienhaus. Es war ein Balkon vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war super, es gab sogar eine Dartscheibe und Gesellschaftsspiele zwei Fernseher und wlan. Preis Leistung hat gestimmt, würde diese Wohnung wieder Buchen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag ist die Internetgeschwindigkeit.

Privatwohnung als Ferienwohnung

Die Gastgeber geben Ihre private Wohnung als Ferienwohnung ab. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung leider nur mäßig sauber. Erst nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber wurde nachgebessert. Von der Ausstattung bietet die Wohnung alles was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus vorhanden. Man läuft ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten S-Bahn Station.
