Quiet and clean, but some problems

The apartment is on the grounds of a farm, in a quiet area just outside of Münster. There is a functioning and well equipped kitchen.However, some problems made this a mixed experience for us:1. Because of the rural location and the farm animals, there are lots of flies. There was an adhesive fly trap hanging from our ceiling with dozens of dead flies on it. Those traps cost about two Euros each, so it would be nice if they could be replaced before new guests move in.2. On our second day at the property (a Sat) , some of the farm workers started operating a mechanical digger to dig a trench right outside our bedroom at 6.30 am! Would have been nice if they could have waited until at least 8.00am.3. There was one of those large plastic toy tractors, visibly old and battered, standing around in the yard. One day my five-year old son sat on it, and he was almost immediately told off by the landlord. Not a great mark of hospitality.4. Finally, when I book a holiday rental online and pay in advance, I presume the price is all-inclusive unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the booking portal. Instead, the landlady insisted that we pay an extra 4.5% charge during checkout, which she claimed was a city tax that had nowhere previously been disclosed.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem waren das Stadtzentrum und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Zoo, das Naturkundemuseum oder der Aasee für uns mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Ferienwohnung in der Natur aber trotzdem zentral durch ÖPNV

Wir waren insgesamt zehn Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sie war soweit sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen, vor allem auch in der Küche, ausgestattet. Es war sehr ruhig, sodass man nachts gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Die Stadt konnte mit dem Bus innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Zum Aasee konnte man einen Spaziergang machen (ca. 3km). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm!

Wie erhofft

Sehr schöne Wohnung in naturnaher Umgebung .Ideal für 2 Pers.Wer Pferde liebt ist hier richtig.Freundliche Gastgeberin.Die Wohnung liegt am Rand von Münster.Die Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar.Fahrradfahren in dieser Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es wurde gegen eine kleine Gebühr sogar ein Fahrrad bereitgestellt. Alles in allem auf jedenfall zu empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
