Nice Murphys spot for a family gathering

Close enough to everything, clean and well-stocked, and very quiet/peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great house in a peaceful area

The property was in great condition just as advertised. I would say that an extra blanket in each room would be nice as the windows appear to be the original single pane and are drafty. Especially the master as the window is cracked and a piece is missing which allows a pretty good draft in. Overall a comfortable and fun house.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the feedback on the blankets. I thought we had extras in the hallway cabinets, but they may have gotten moved. I agree with your observation about the windows. We have new double pane windows on order, but our late winter weather slowed the process down, and the install probably won't happen for another two weeks. But next time you stay with us, you will have your new windows

This home reminded me so much of the one I grew up in. Excellent condition. Very nice property. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described. We had 2 families of 4: 4 adults, and 4 children (age range 5-12), as well as our medium sized dog. We had plenty of space. The enclosed front yard was large and secure for our dog. The tv room was the perfect place for the kids to unwind in the evenings, while the adults played games at the large dining table. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

December at Murphys.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For about the past 10 years we have stayed in Arnold during the summer so it was a nice change of pace to be in Murphys during December. Enjoyed the wine tasting and relaxing in a lovely clean rental.

Wonderful Get Away

Great house for a family get away. Perfect for our pup as well. Great fenced in front yard for the dog to run around. Comfortable beds and appreciated that all bedrooms had queen beds. Fully stocked kitchen and basket of snacks was the perfect touch!

Adorable home in downtown Murphys!!!!

We come to Murphys often and found this adorable home on our last visit. Would definitely rent again. Was spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen with fresh coffee beans and creamer (we loved that touch). Plenty of room, very comfortable, very nice fenced front yard, as we brought our little dog, with a nice patio area to have coffee in the morning. The owner was also great about sending all information in advance so that we were able to check in as soon as we arrived, Excellent vacation rental.
