OCEANSIDE VILLAGE - 3 Bedroom/2 bath ground floor unit

Our ground floor unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glasses and utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, hand mixer, blender, toaster, drip coffee make and new refrigerator. There's also a crock pot, Insta Pot, electric can opener, blender, everything you'd need to cook and serve a meal.

Linen fee includes all beds being made prior to arrival and towel fee includes beach towels, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths.

TV's in all bedrooms are connected to Spectrum cable and internet.

There is a Cornhole board, tennis rackets and bicycles for adults and children.

There is a nice patio with dining table/chairs for 4, fire pit, seating area for 6, outdoor bar with 2 stools.

We are pet friendly, there is a dog park within walking distance of our home. We provide a pet waste station. We allow 2 pets and they MUST be included on the reservation and pet fee MUST be paid with reservation. No large dogs and no aggressive breeds.

Oceanside Village is located between Business 17 and N. Waccamaw Drive off Melody Lane in Surfside Beach. We are within walking distance to the beach, there is also private beach front parking with vehicle/golf cart spaces, there are public bathrooms and a shower area to wash the sand off your feet, beach chairs and beach toys.

We are close to Garden City, Murrell's Inlet, Pawley's Island, Huntington Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach State Park.

Food Lion grocery store is located right across Highway 17 for all your grocery needs. Walmart is also close. There is a flea market within minutes if you like to shop or just like to look around.

Owner is on-site and is always available to answer any questions that you may have and can tell you where the best restaurants and other places are to go!

If you are interested in planning a trip for fishing, Neil can help you plan it with local knowledge of guides, charters and local fishing spots.

We strive to have our guests have a wonderful stay in our home! We can always be reached by phone, text, email or through VRBO.

Golf carts can be rented from Oceanside Village on a first come, first serve basis. The rental rates canbe found on the Oceanside Village website or on their Facebook page.

*Indoor pool is currently CLOSED for renovations, BOTH outdoor pools are open.

Hands down best place to stay.Garden city /Surfside beach Private gated community, everyone is so nice. It's located.In the middle of just about everything food, Groceries, entertainment, The Beach And just about everything else you can think of. The owners are so cool I mean, he's Santa, for Goodness sakes. What could be cooler Then staying with Santa Claus, They are extremely cool owners Their on site At all times Barely even noticed they're home most times But they are If you need them And they will help you anyway, that they can. I love this place and I will definitely renting from them Again. Lol I even got to be one of Santa's helpers for a sweet little boy who was visitingHis grandpa i love it... Oceanside Village Stay

We booked our trip for a last-minute Birthday/Fishing Trip. The owners were very quick to respond with questions i had about the area such as fishing spots. This is a gated community right across from the beach. Great access to everything you need. They had 3 pools, 1 indoor 2 outside a splashpad for the kids and a big hot tub. The owners are great and super nice!

We have now stayed at this property twice in the last few years (5 years in a row at Oceanside Villlage). Clean, easy to access and comfortable for all. Love that our dogs were allowed and there’s a pretty private little side yard for them. Close to pool and dog park. Something to note - master bathroom only has a tub, no shower. So there is only one shower in the unit. Owners are great and helpful with pointing you towards nice local spots! Thank you Neil and Stephanie!

Property was not overly clean. When we arrived the floor appeared to be unswept. Most disappointing was the outside patio. Patio and furniture were very dirty. Bar top was broken and bikes were laying in a pile in the yard. More information upon checkin would have been helpful. The $30 gate pass should be included in the rental fee. Overall we had a great time.

Great Location

Our stay was excellent! The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. They allowed us to have a late check out with no extra charge due to holiday traffic. The location and the convenience of the golf cart was amazing. 3 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels were all provided. I only subtracted one star simply because the place could use a few updates and I felt as if the floor had some sand on it when we arrived, as if it had not been mopped. Otherwise, awesome place for a few friends or a small family.

Welcoming and felt right at home

The house was beautiful and very inviting. We had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to a grill and bikes to ride around.
