The third master suite has a queen bed, with fun beachy bedding, 42” HD Smart TV, huge tiled shower en suite bath with large granite top vanity.

The GRAND family room of ONE OCEAN PLACE 1101! has 2 walls of FLOOR to CEILING TINTED WINDOWS to capture the spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean (north to south). It opens with multiple doors to a GRAND balcony equipped with a dining table and outdoor seating.

The kitchen has high end stainless appliances, granite countertops, large family size refrigerator. Plus the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking gadgets for those nights when you want to stay in. In addition, the laundry closet has a full size Samsung front load washer and dryer.

Murrells Inlet is the seafood capital of South Carolina as well as a laid back family friendly beach community.

Bed Linens, bath towels, WiFi and 2 parking passes for the secure gated parking garage are provided to our guest as a courtesy at no additional charge. Guest are also provided with a starter pack of toilet tissue, additional paper products and toiletries are guest responsibility.

One Ocean Place is an oceanfront residential condominium building in a family friendly neighborhood, we are a great destination for a generational family vacation.

Groups of unrelated singles are subject to owner approval.

ONE OCEAN PLACE 1101! requires a completed signed rental agreement, copy of current photo ID and refundable security deposit. All booking request will receive an electronic rental agreement sent to the email address listed. Rental request expire and subject to cancellation of booking request after 48 hours without completed rental agreement, refundable security deposit and current photo ID presented.

We suggest guest purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances as host is not a licensed insurance provider.

The One Ocean Place property has cameras in various outside locations on the property and inside locked supply closet. Dismantling cameras or related camera equipment will result in loss of all monies and immediately vacating property.

Wonderful condo and beach

The condo was exactly as it was describe. Very clean and well kept. The view from the condo is awesome you could see for miles. The beach was nice and clean. The location of the home is great, close to lots of shops, stores and restaurants. The weather was teriffic, ocean and the pools were a nice refreshing touch for cooling off. Host is very nice and pleasant to work with. Over all fansactic week, hope to return next year. Thank you Debbie Yancey and family for sharing you home with us. We really enjoyed our stay, it felt like home. Relaxing and calm, excellent stay.

Spectacular stay!!

So many times the actual condo falls short of the listing pictures but not this one! From the perfect decor, abundance of windows, a large balcony, to everything we’d need in the kitchen this place blew our minds. Mom and Daughters Get-Away!

Myself (57) and my sister (52) took our 81 year old Mom away to Garden City for a 4 night Fall get-away! Could not have asked for more perfect accommodations! This condo is top notch. Decorated beautifully. 3 beds/3 baths all had their own space. Upgraded kitchen appliances; granite counters all throughout. And absolutely spectacular views of the ocean & beach. Unfortunately, our weather was not the best but we were able to see two magnificent ocean sunrises right from the balcony. Complete comfort! Communication with owner was excellent. We will definitely be back!!!!

The property is exactly as described. Updated and very clean. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed, including some games and puzzles that we enjoyed on a couple of rainy days. The location is also great. Close to attractions and activities but not overcrowded either. Very quiet at night, which was a big plus since we have young kids. Communication with Debbie was fantastic. Check in/out were smooth. I would definitely recommend 1101 OOP. We are already considering rebooking for next year.

Bike Rally 2023

We had an excellent stay! Communication with Debbie was awesome and check in was a breeze. This condo is beautiful and has everything you need! Three bedrooms and three baths with comfortable beds and an awesome large deck to enjoy the ocean and watch the dolphins play in the water. It is also so convenient to lots of restaurants and stores. Great again!

This was our second vacation staying at this property, and it did not disappoint. The condominium is impeccably clean and well-furnished. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked with nice pans and implements as well as top-line appliances, and the smart TVs are modern and well situated, with fast WiFi. The views of the beach and ocean are spectacular and the gentle sound of the surf lulled us into a pleasant sleep every night. The maintenance staff of the building take great care to keep everything clean and functioning, and we always felt safe with full-time security on staff. There are many activities and sights to see nearby, and restaurants and grocery stores galore just a short drive away. Our favorite is just hanging out on the beautiful, clean beach and spending time relaxing at the spa and pool. The host is just a text away and responds attentively to any questions/needs. Another great stay at One Ocean Place!

Perfect Condo

Our group had three married couples; this condo with the space and the division of space (3BR/3BA) was perfect for each couple to have their privacy. It has been 10 years since we have vacationed in SC because of a previous bad experience at Myrtle Beach. This area, however, is nothing like Myrtle Beach. Garden City, Surfside, and Murell’s Inlet are all very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

The very best week!

We had the most amazing week with our two boys! From the moment we walked into this gorgeous condo, until the moment we left, we kept saying we were ready to move in permanently. Not one detail in this fabulous home was overlooked. My morning coffee on the grand wrap-around balcony was just the best and the easy access to and from the beach/pools made quick trips back to the condo for a snack/drink so nice! Communication with our wonderful host Debbie was great from Day 1 of the reservation process, until the day we left. I just cannot say enough good things about our experience---everything exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back!

Best view on the beach!

The view is spectacular! The condo is modern and well maintained! Spacious and cozy living room! The building has easy access to the beach and 2 pools! And it's located in a family friendly neighborhood. We will definitely be back!
