Great service and clean facilities (Room 301)
Publié le 7 oct. 2018 sur HotelsThe staff at Crystal Suites have been extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests. They are very helpful and nice, and they go out of their way to fulfill your needs.
The room was very clean upon arrival, and was maintained clean daily by housekeeping.
We only used their free-breakfast one day during our stay, as the other days we were either busy or out since early in the morning.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Lulu Supermarket, so you can do some basic shopping, and a petrol station is less than 2minutes away by car, in addition to other supermarkets and restaurants..
I recommend this hotel to someone especially someone who's looking for a suite with a kitchenette facility, like our case.

Issues with A/C first night, staff worked quickly to get us into a new room. Location is not very convenient, but reasonably priced.

Good hotel bad location
Publié le 28 janv. 2018 sur HotelsThe hotel itself was nice and the suite very comfortable. The condition was not perfect, my bathroom floor kept getting wet, don't know why. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The area is not pretty and far from all tourist attractions but at least there is a supermarket and some restaurants in walking distance.

No view from windows. Old equipment, some lights were broken. Wifi was working good.
