Great for multi-generational families with level land, no stairs, and lots of land for children to play. Beach and shallow sandy-bottom water at shoreline. Main cottage with 3 bedrooms plus double bed loft and 2 large bathrooms. Multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy Muskoka's natural environment, lovely weather, all day sun and legendary sunsets. This cottage boasts 4 decks, 3 around the main cottage, one with a dining table to seat 8 and 2 others off the front door and dining room all with Muskoka chairs, a gazebo with a bistro table and chairs overlooking the water and another sitting area at the water’s edge. The is available docking for two boats (one under a canopy and the other on the side of the dock). There is a small beach at the water’s edge and the depth at the end of the dock is still shallow. Sand bottom everywhere makes it a great place for kids to play and swim to the floating raft in Avon Bay.

The security deposit is 40% of the weekly rental rate for 1 week rentals and 25% of the weekly rental rate if the reservation is longer than 2 weeks. Other amounts could be considered on a one-off basis for Repeat Guests.
