Perfect for families and groups, the property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing lakeside getaway! Located on the southern end of Lake Joseph with water access to Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka! Beautiful sandy beach and deep water off the end of a 2 storey boathouse! Boathouse also has accommodations and large deck area overlooking the lake! Large dock and deck areas all overlooking the lake! Plenty of private parking! Close to all the amenities including shopping, golfing, restaurants….etc! All have access by boat as well! Spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the dock! Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the lake, afternoons on the water, and spectacular Sunsets evenings around the fire! The expansive waterfront and private setting provide the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure!
