Tout est parfait mais éviter le restaurant

Très beau site, très propre, belle plage et piscine.
Service excellent. Bémol pour un hôtel de cet qualité la restaurant laisse vraiment à désirer.

What a spot! So glad it’s open year round now. Dinner was fantastic, staff is courteous and receptive. Five out of five stars

No running water at time of check in. No parking as too large groups in restaurant. Asked for a refund told they would “try their best” as booked thru Expedia. Contacted Expedia and they said hotel has to reply to their request for refund and I would hear back in 2 hours … it’s now been 3 1/2 and no contact. When leaving asked for a restaurant recommendation and they suggest a restaurant 20 minutes away … get there and it’s “temporarily closed”

Thank you for your review, we apologize that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. The water outage from this past weekend was due to a faulty pump that needed to be replaced and although we were only down for three hours we are very sorry this effected your stay so much you needed to leave for the night. I have connected with the team and you should see a full refund for your stay. These usually take 3-5 business days to post to your respective card. I hope that you will give us another opportunity as the water challenge was out of our control and due to the overall nature of the evening the service was not indicative of what we strive for here at Windermere House.

We stayed two nights on February 4th and 5th and were able to enjoy a rare pair of beatiful sunsets including one imwhile enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The setting is very charming as well as relaxing and the staff friendly. Dining options were a bit limited at this time of year and we were disappointed that we were not able to access our balcony. The room was sparsely furnished but the bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to returning at a time when there is a bit more action.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. We enjoying walking to take in the beauty of the freshly fallen snow.
We snow shoed and enjoyed the outdoor barrel sauna.. The staff were attentive and professional. The pub food was delicious. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wenjoyed wa
