Apanema Villas, Mykonos

These elegant villas are located in a privileged, wind-sheltered location of the island, the Agia Sofia area. They are facing south offering breathtaking sunset views over the sacred island of Delos, the Aegean sea and the island of Syros.
The space
Apanema Villas consist of two detached house buildings - Apanema I & Apanema II - of different size and sleep capacity and offer to guests full privacy and at the same time easy access to each other. Their position is above the new port, only 2,8 km from the beautiful town of Mykonos and very close to the airport (4.7 km). Nearest supermarket and restaurants are only 2 minutes drive away.

Apanema I is a refreshing, open air, newly renovated house. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. On the same level is a large terrace with a circular pool and a variety of lounge areas with exquisite views over the town of Mykonos and the Aegean sea. On the lower level lay the rest of the bedrooms each one enjoying on their own the breathtaking views over the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and last an independent outside guest room with an en suite bathroom offered to accomodate extra guests.

The upper house, Apanema II, is connected to Apanema I by an exterior (but within the same plot) stairway. It is built in one level that features a colorful cozy living room with a dining area, a state-of-the art kitchen, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds with its own bathroom, a single bedroom with an en suite bathroom and finally an independent outside guest room with an en suite bathroom offered to accomodate extra guests.

Its exterior independent large terrace provides guests with a lounge area, a dining area and amazing views of the sunset.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the houses described, interior and exterior.

For groups larger than 13 people, the extra guests will be accomodated in the outside guest rooms - extra charge applies.
