Villa Smaràgdi is part of an exclusive, private holiday resort situated in the very fashionable area of Panormos Bay, in the northern side of Mykonos. This complex of buildings include 11 villas in total and it spreads over 55 km. assuring however to each one of the properties its own privacy. This complex of villas is only 500 m. far from the white sanded beach of Panormos as well as from the secluded beach of Agios Sostis and you will enjoy from there beautiful views, spending your days in total relaxation, having, however at hand, all the recreations that Mykonos offers and for what it is famous throughout the world.
Villa Smaràgdi, along with the other villas located in this complex has been designed following the idea of blending an elegant, sober, minimalistic style with the traditional Cycladic architecture.
There are villas of different size, but they all offer stunning views of the bay, great comfort and a wide range of services included in the price (to mention one, in all these villas you will be offered, in the morning, a rich breakfast hamper).

Villa Smaràgdi, as already said, is one of these villas, it is 130 sq.m. large and it can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms, living and dining spaces, a private swimming pool and it offers the maximum privacy.

In greater detail, you will find outside, the pool area, which offers an ample space where to lounge or eat, admiring fantastic views. There are also a shower and a typical BBQ too.
Inside there are the 4 bedrooms, on the ground level, while on the upper level there are the living room (with a fireplace), the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen from where you can reach directly a large roofed outdoor terrace, where you can dine while enjoying amazing views.
The bedrooms, are located on the ground floor and they are divided as follows:
One master bedroom, with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower). Two more bedrooms, both with twin beds (that can be joined) and en-suite bathrooms (with shower), a fourth bedroom has just been created. Of course air-conditioning is available in all the indoor areas.

In brief, if you decide to spend your holiday there you will certainly have the opportunity to relax, enjoying all comforts, that are typical of a luxury resort.

Rental rules
Check in time is from 15:00 hrs and check out time is 11:00 hrs.
Rates include maid service, with towels and linen changed every other day, 24 hrs concierge service.
Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax, which is 15€ per suite/villa per night and is payable directly at the property’s reception.

An extra bed can be added at a daily charge of 50€ per person (over 12 years old) € 25 under 12 Years.
