Conveniently located close to the shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs in the lovely and picturesque area of Goumenio square right in the heart of Mykonos, provides easy access to all areas of interest, taxis and bus within walking distance.
This exceptional, well decorated cycladic residence offers the guest all modern amenities and luxuries. On the private terrace you can relax, have a drink and a splash in the jacuzzi..
This amazing penthouse of 90 sq. meters can accomodate comfortably 4-5 persons in two bedrooms, each having a queen size bed, and a sofa in the living room that can be turned into a single bed, making it an ideal choice for families and friends.
It is spread in two floors offering the guest privacy and serenity. There is one bedroom and one bathroom with shower on each floor.
On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen, the living room and a dining table. From the balcony one can enjoy views to the the lively square of Goumenio.
On the second floor lies the private terrace with built outdoor seating and a hot tub, offering the guest romantic town views to the famous Mykonian Windmills.
Both levels are accessible through stairs, so guests with moving disabilities should avoid this property.
Mykonos 22 offers to the guests Wi-Fi VDSL50 fast internet access , washing/drying machine, fridge, fully equiped kitchen, nespresso machine, A/C and flat TV screens in every bedroom, safety deposit box with digital access, personal hygiene products, hair dryer, iron/ iron board, professionally dry cleaned linens and towels.
This property offers keyless access via a smart lock with a keypad. A unique combination will be provided prior to checkin.
The are no parking spaces outside, no cars are allowed in town, so guests with a car should use the free parking lot in the old port which is about 700 meters away or 7 minutes walking.
Buses to the beaches are origined about 500-600 meters away, about 6-7 minutes on foot.
The taxi station is only 5 minutes away by the Post Office.
The hot tub is serviced by our specialized employee. Maximum use of 2 people. Read all safety instruction before entering the jaccuzzi.

Awesome Location in Heart of Mykonos Town

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in Mykonos thanks to Marios. He was a wealth of information including the best transportation company to use as well as guide services. He also provided restaurant recommendations that were outstanding. The property was just as advertised, and the washer/dryer unit was a lifesaver. We can't wait to return.

Great location, perfect place

This apartment is in the perfect location in Mykonos. If you want to be in the main city, close to everything, including the waterfront, shopping, and dining, this is the place. As mentioned in the description, there are some steep stairs from the street to the first floor and again from the first to the second, but they are easy to navigate if you don't have mobility issues. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and exactly as described. The A/C units work perfectly, and the upstairs porch and jacuzzi are a welcome touch for enjoying the sunset and a glass of wine. There are lovely bathrooms on both floors, and the washing machine/dryer was a great addition. Book it, you'll love it!

Incredible Location!

Great property. When you walk out of the front door you have a choice of 6 restaurants with a 4.5 or better rating within 100 feet, not an exaggeration! We had a wonderful time and will be back. Be sure to visit the Olive and Honey store next door. Sofia and Elizabeth were fabulous.

This property is very cool. Location is in the heart of everything...shopping, restaurants, clubs...and an easy walk to pick up location for tours. Rooftop patio afforded great views. Marios is immediately responsive to questions. Definitely recommend!

Yassas! Excellent 2 story apartment with warm jacuzzi on private roof. Comfortable furnishings and design style. Everything we needed for a few nights stay. Nice shops and restaurants down stairs in the alleyway. Could have happily stayed longer. Marios was very welcoming and quick to respond to my questions with recommendations. Due to the pedestrian-only location be prepared to walk with your bags 1/2 km from your taxi or bus and once inside climb 1 flight of steep stairs to gain access to this well cared for flat. Yamas!

Loved everything about this property. Great use of space. Very clean classy and updated. The shopkeepers next to the apartment are fun to talk to and everyone is so friendly. Mario was great to respond when asked for help. Really enjoyed being in the heart of town and close to everything.

Fabulous Mykonos Property

We really enjoyed our time in Mykonos, and this property was a great place to stay. Right in the middle of town and so easy to get to all the great restaurants and shops. Marios was so responsive and provided great information and recommendations. There are two steep-ish stairwells to get to the rooms, so if you have mobility issues, this wouldn’t be a good option - but it wasn’t an issue for us. I would also say that, while our family of 5 fit and everyone had a bed, it’s probably a bit more comfortable for 4 people - the 5th sleeps on sofa in the small kitchen/dining area. On that, while we didn’t eat in the home, it seemed very well stocked. We really appreciated the water in the fridge and bottle of wine that Marios left for us. And the hot tub/patio are great! We loved our time on Mykonos (save for the fact that my husband’s wallet/phone was stolen while visiting Paradise Beach (while our teenagers were sitting on the lounge chairs!) - so definitely be careful with your wallet/purse on the crowded beaches/streets). The restaurant right across from the apartment was wonderful - BuSulas. And breakfast crepes at Macarenas - delicious. And if you like excellent cocktails - Bar & Co makes the best! Perfect to grab and wonder the streets, shopping and getting lost! Highly recommend this home for a landing spot in town in Mykonos - very centrally located, lovely property, great stay!

Marios's place was so nice! It was located in town, so perfect location but just know taxis can't get to it so there will be some walking. Amazing rooftop view and jacuzzi!! Marios is also very kind & helpful, answered any questions I had :)

Great location in the heart of Mykonos town

The space was perfect for a small group of friends traveling. Centrally located and only A short walk to the water. The owner even included a mid-week clean which was unanticipated but appreciated (although the maids did complain about sand at a beach). Definitely consider staying here.
