50 m2 Pool - Large Garden - Enjoy Privacy and Comfort!

If you are a group of people who need a private and relaxed space, then this is the ideal place for you!
We offer, not one, but two adjoining villas placed in a unique, rural setting, with all the comfort you need on holiday!
The whole property consists of the two villas (180 sq. m. each) and can accommodate big groups and families up to 15 people.
Guests have the entire property to their private use. No shared areas!

The owner has designed the houses in a common architecture. Spacious living-room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Interior stairs lead to the upper floor where bedrooms are. Comfortable furniture and plenty of view to the Cretan lands from all balconies.

Ideal for large groups or families with sleep opportunities for up to 15 people.

Located approximately in the middle of the north coast of Crete. Therefore, it is possible also to see the sights in both east and west of Crete. Also, it is not far to the south coast where Prevelis, Plakias, Agia Galini and Elafonisi is. In east Crete you can visit the former palace of Knossos and the aquarium, ideal for adults and children too! In the west, the beautiful old town of Chania which is suitable for strolling, Gramvousa with its pink sand beach and Georgioupolis with the lake Kournas could be the most interesting sights for all family.

Prima locatie, privacy is heel goed, het ligt echt net buiten de dropjes. Appartementen waren voorzien van zeer goede airco's ('s nachts soms te koud zelfs!) Weinig bemoeienis van de verhuurder, wel was hij 'onzichtbaar' vaak aanwezig in de vroege ochtend om het zwembad schoon ter maken bv. Verhuurder stond wel altijd klaar om ons te helpen. Hij heeft zelfs geholpen om een transfer terug te regelen naar het vliegveld. Ook de laatste dag ging het vlucht in de avond en wij konden nog de gehele dag gebruik maken van de vakantiewoningen. Margarites is een dorpje vlakbij, waar je prima kunt eten en waar mooi aardewerk is. Strand op 15 tot 20 minuten. De buitentafel heel vaak gebruikt. Overdag was het ca 30 - 33 graden, in de avond snel omlaag naar ca 25 graden. In de buurt veel te zien. ook een aanrader is om een middag naar de zuidkust te gaan, naar Prevelli beach. De auto tocht alleen is al erg de moeite waard. Echt een aanrader en waar je nog een keer terug naar toe wilt gaan.

Amazing villas, perfect stay. Look no further. Stay here!

9 of us (and 1 baby) stayed in the villas for a week in mid September. I cannot recommend these highly enough. The villas were finished to a high standard, they were incredibly clean and are HUGE, the pictures do not do them justice they really are brilliant. The pool area was perfect, plenty of sunloungers and plenty of room with an option of shade or sunshine all day which was ideal. There is a great BBQ area and a huge outdoor table which was great for eating outside in the evening. The location of villas was good as you are not overlooked and it feels incredibly private, which was exactly what we wanted. A hire car is a good shout as it is a bit far from the local towns, but we got a minibus into Rethymon a couple of nights which was 100 Euros return so was good value between us all. Maria was incredibly helpful in the build up to us going out and answered all of our questions quickly and in a friendly manner. She helped us organise a transfer to and from the airport, organised food to be in the villas for us, helped with taxis once we were there and really did help with anything that we needed. We all loved staying in these villas and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and private villa holiday.

Perfection!

Wow what a fantastic holiday. Spacious Vilas ideal for two families holidaying together. Pool was perfect and the location excellent. Plenty of privacy but village a short distance away and easy access to the lovely village of panormos Maria's communication was first class even down to coordinating the hire car. And the beautiful pool cleaned for us each day. Cleaner did a fab job halfway through our holiday. We so want to come back. Rodaries Villas made our holiday that bit more special. You will not be disappointed if you book this place. Our 2 families have great memories of Crete.
