Villa Angelina is a charming split-level property set in a prime position within the cretan countryside and within a short ride (5 minutes) you have easy access to a a beautiful sandy beach, as well as a variety of shops for your every day needs, such as mini market, cafe, bakeries and tavernas!

Layout
Exterior
The 350 m2 exterior space of Villa Angelina promises a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The wonderful tile covered terrace, is complemented by the 25m2 private swimming pool (1.5 meters deep) and an amazing whirlpool (not heated)! Enjoy your sun bathing and then just have with a cool drink, laying down at the comfortable sun beds. To make things even better, the pool terrace boasts magnificent sea views and it also overlooks the stunning landscape…small hills, mountains, trees and olive groves! Parasols, as well as an outdoor shower are also available, for your greater comfort when outdoors.

If the summer sun is too hot for you, you’ll find comfort in the shaded veranda just a few steps away, which also features siting area. Furthermore, BBQ facilities can also be found next to the pool, so you can practice your cooking skills and make advantage of the opportunity to try al fresco dining in a unique environment! The shaded outdoor dining area will become tour favourite place for the family meals!

Of course, our young guests have also been taken into consideration! As Villa Angelina is a baby friendly Villa, a baby cot, high chair, stair gates and baby equipment can be provided upon request. Additionally, a few steps away, a lawn covered area offers a variety of fun activities for our young guests (a trampoline, ping pong table, swing and toys).

Interior
Ground Floor
As you enter the Villa, you will come across a modernly decorated, beautifully designed open-plan room, consisted of the living room and a dining area for the whole family, that will make you feel right at home! If you’d like a home-cooked meal, the fully-equipped kitchen, right next to the living room, includes all the necessary appliances, that will make this an easy task. The room provides direct access to the veranda, pool terrace and BBQ facilities, making cooking easier as ever! Furthermore, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cabin can be found on the ground floor. The ground floor bedrooms also offers acres to the terrace.

First floor
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and feature two single beds each. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony, equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool and offering superb views of the whole surrounding area…a unique spot for your afternoon cup of coffee! Finally, the two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bathtub.

Villa Angelina is located close to the village of Aggeliana, 5 minutes away by car, where guests can find a super markets taverna a cafe as well as a bakery. The sandy beaches of Geropotamos are just 5 minutes away from the villa by car.

Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, just 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
