The staff was so nice and set my wife & I up a wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary. The person who checked us in was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were taken care of. She deserves the employee of the year. The room was clean but a little dated. Nothing major just could use some TLC. The ocean view was spectacular. We spent a good portion of our waking time sitting on the balcony relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Bed was supportive but not to firm. Kitchen was useful and nice to have.

The room we had had some better furniture than past stays, but still shows wear and tear, as does the building. We had some nasty things on the ground near our bed that looked like molded lemon slices which had been strategically placed, possibly to improve the smell of the room?! We also didn't like that they refused to honor a later checkout of 11:00 AM instead of the standard 10:00 AM, but we understand if they can't bend the policy a bit. Kitchen and bath were both clean. Overall, solid stay.

The hotel has been maintained. The pressure in the shower was not good but they did offer to send maintenence to look at it. I did not like that the parking deck had two floors marked as valet. Most of this parkiing was empty. Overall a great property.

The hotel was nice but certainly could use some updating. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Unfortunately the noise level during the day was annoying due to Myrtle beach ocean outfall project. It involves heavy equipment on a pier replacing existing stormwater pipes on the beach with a single outfall that extends far into the ocean. This project will not be completed well into 2026.

I loved our first stay here. I absolutely love the hot tub and family friendly pools. The side bar was so nice and convenient being next to the pools. We felt the bed was so comfortable and didn't want to even get up, but we had to check out. I would definitely stay again.
