I had a partial Ocean view. It was still beautiful. I booked this hotel for an easy weekend for a family event. I booked this specifically for the tubs, the valet parking, and for the big fancy suite. I was very excited checking in and wanted to look at the spa. After arriving into our hotel room, my excitement dwindled. Housekeeping had left rags in the room. They were stains in the kitchen. My pillows had black stains on them that I did not see until after I had slept on them. The valet could have been practical. The guys were amazing. They were the highlight of the stay. They were so kind. However, how the valet system is managed probably needs an upgrade. It was not efficient. Using the chat feature with the front desk was frustrating. I did end up speaking with a manager as I checked out. She was very kind and said they would look into all these issues. I booked their Expedia so I did not expect anything extra from them. I also went in January so off-season is a real thing, hopefully they will have everything ready for this summer.

I love the feeling of being home and everyone being able to have their own space but of the 4 day stay 3 of the days we had no hot water the engineer did come and we just continued to do what we say him do furniture is in need of being updated living room sofa needed to be trashed light fixture uncovered

The property was in great standards.My only concern was in my unit the sofa bed was not in great shape as well as the single chair. The chairs seem to have been shaggy and loose wasn’t very much sturdy.

The room was not clean when we arrived. The dust was visible and the floors were dirty. The furniture had significant scars and scratches and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. One morning we had no hot water. I called the desk four times and a person would answer and then hang up. It's a hike over to the parking building. We parked on level 2 1/2 and had to walk up from level 2 because the elevators didn't stop on the 1/2 floors. The room had a nice view of the ocean but other wise this is an older neglected property that is in desperate need of a reno. Definitely not Hilton Standard. I would look elsewhere.
