This 2-bedroom condo is a perfect getaway for those who like to mix relaxation and thrilling adventures all in one.

Start your day in one of the pools or head on to the beach to take in the views of the ocean. There is so much to do at this resort but if you are up for an adventure, there are plenty of options all around, including fishing, and other watersports activities. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better than this as this condo in the Atlantica Resort is literally in the heart of Myrtle Beach and is steps away from all major attractions, restaurants and must-see places. You’ll be just a few blocks from the new Beach Boardwalk, the Market Commons, the Sky Wheel and the pier.

Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

Parking
• The unit can have two parking permits.
• Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort.
Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
