From the moment i arrived it was issue, starting with the instructions and code not being sent at 4pm. Next when my family and i got into the room it was filthy, trash still in the bins, towels throw all over the floor and tub. Beds not made and sheets unclean. So after i called customer service 3 different times they said the owner would return the cleaning fee being that my wife and i had to spend the first 3 hours after a 4 hour drive after a full day of work cleaning and washing linens. We still did Not get the cleaning fee returned. And anytime i called the owner as well as customer service they would not answer the phone. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in the cleanliness. Renters be aware!

Clean and comfortable one block from the beach

Clean, comfortable, and just one block from the beach. Great location, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Host was polite, accommodating, and communicative. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment and great host

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and great communication with the host. The apartment is very close to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient with everything you need. The host is also super nice and thoughtful. We loved our stay here!

We loved it

Everything you could possibly need including an ice cream scoop who was in the condo It was easy to find. Parking was expensive off the property. The rooms were spacious and clean The kitchen was fully equipped The only thing we couldn’t find was a broom, but we vacuumed regularly The owner was very prompt and friendly in answering questions We will definitely come back

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Myrtle Beach

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Jody's clean and spacious 2 bedroom condo while we were in Myrtle Beach for a recent baseball tournament. When we weren't at games, we had a short walk to the beach - just about a block to get our toes in the sand and it was such a huge plus to have a pool and hot tub to use at the building too! The pictures really don't do the condo justice. The space is updated and well-appointed with an elevated coastal decor that's welcoming and comfortable. From the beds to the common areas, our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out in our downtime and it was great to have two full bathrooms, so getting ready moved quickly. The condo was very well stocked, covering all of our needs and there were lovely touches like soaps and shampoo/conditioner that really made the stay special. The excellent location meant we were able to take advantage of nearby activities and restaurants, such as the Family Kingdom amusement park, which is a short walk from the condo, and we had a great view of fireworks over the ferris wheel from the condo's balcony. We cannot say enough about how great Jody's condo is and really recommend it for families or even 2-3 couples. You can't go wrong with this special property!

Family vacation

Beautiful condo!! This was our first time in Myrtle beach, and we fell in love!! There was a few hiccups our first night but our host Jodi took care of it very quickly. Shes such a sweetheart. Very easy to get ahold of her if needed. We will definitely stay there again next time. The condo was conveniently located near everything. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach which was great! Thanks again Jodi for being a wonderful host!!

Just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach!

Excellent facility with full time residents and renters, all respectful of each other for sharing of the facility, noise at night, and access to the elevator for all requirements. Literally a short street away from the entrance to the boardwalk area beach. Nearby variety of restaurants, take out (Mr Fry - pizza!!) , grocery (Food Lion & Dirty Jimmy’s!), and attractions for the family!

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, very clean, great view of the Family Fun Park. Washer and dryer were so helpful! The boogie boards/beach umbrella/cooler and sand toys were a wonderful surprise to find! The outdoor pool was also very nice! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Also, the host was super helpful with any questions we had!

I was disappointed with this rental property. The condo is very outdated. The appliances especially the oven need to be updated. We found it very difficult to cook with the oven. Some of the plates seemed like they were unclean. Also there were hairs found on the towels in the bathrooms, bedrooms and refrigerator. Description does not coincide with the actual experience. Disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have two small boys, so we had to move a lot of the decorations around so they wouldn’t break them. The location was great. The furniture and decor was a bit outdated but not a problem for us. Would definitely stay again

This place was great for our family reunion.

What you see is what you get. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved that it was so close to everything walking distance to beach shops, and restaurants. The night view from the balcony was amazing. It does need some up grades on appliances but loved the retro look. All in All we loved this little place and will try and stay here our next visit. Thank you.

Believe the hype!

I had high expectations from all the reviews, and guess what? The place actually exceeded them! Communicating with Jodi was easy and quick. She even let us know when the cleaning crew finished cleaning, so that we could move in right away. The place was clean and spacious for the grandparents, parents, and two kids (7, 10). The beach was just one block away, we could come back for lunch and go out again; there's a family amusement park just one block away, kids were able to ride a couple of rides each night (no need to purchase unlimited daily plan). We had a great view of July 4th firework from our balcony (grandparents were happy about it). The neighborhood was very safe to walk around at night. This is definitely the place we would like to book again whenever we are at Myrtle Beach.
