Very nice stay only complaint was one of our towels in bathroom had black on it. Might have been cleaned but if stained & wait get rid of it. Beds were very uncomfortable

I requested a suite and it look like a nightmare from hell. The halls were ranked with the smell of pee and smoke. Then they gave me a tiny room with no accommodation and said it’s ocean view! I didn’t care about a view we needed space for my husband and my 2 children. Horrible stay. And I have been all over the world and Myrtle beach, the worst stay. Will never go back. I booked through Expedia and they could get a hold of the front desk and when I went down there wasn’t anybody there around 7pm.

The stay was ok. Need upgrades bad it was just ok. The game room was like 7 games. The room I didn’t sleep undercover. I alway bring my own blankets do to thin spreads on bed. No roomservice or cleaning only request swap out of towel. Pizza bar was closed. But the fireworks for new year was the best part.
