1-10 it was a 5.5 , I believe the security deposit should of been less due to we had to pay for parking for each night and I had to kill two bugs in my room first night . Definitely not the best. Also had to get new bed sheets due to some stains .. overall the view from our room was gorgeous.

Reservations, when i made reservations i requested a ocean viewi recieved a side view a little disappointed especially for the charges,i learned a lesson to go through motel itself cheaper and you get what you request

We loved how close it was to the beach and how nice the staff was!! some things we didn’t care for was the staff changing our room, which changed our view of the water, we would’ve been okay to wait for it to be cleaned to have the view i payed for, the elevators taking forever to get in and not knowing what to expect for the parking deck. We had a great time overall would definitely book again for a quick vacation.

This “resort” is nasty and in bad condition. It reeked of smoke! The pool and pool area is tiny. The location is good and the room was clean but upon opening the balcony door we were inundated with cigarette smoke and other smoke... Not worth the money!!

We stayed monday through Friday. After arriving we were afraid due to other reviews. The staff was absolutely friendly up to the point where my fiance asked where the bathroom was and the lady replied "right around the corner are you blind?", and my fiance is actually partially blind which is why he asked. This was brought to the managers attention but she never apologized which is why there is such a low review. We seen no bugs or homeless people or fights, etc. I did find it frustrating that you have to pay for parking even after a deposit when they have a parking garage. I also found it frustrating we had to ask for room service everyday otherwise they didn't service the room other than removing the old towels. The view and beach access were amazing. The downstairs bar was amazing. The pools were nice but not cleaned by the amount of sand at the bottom. They need more pool chairs for the amount of guests. The wifi wouldn't work or hook up. Our phone wasn't hooked up, we had to ask. I think this hotel could improve alot with a staff change. I think that's the biggest problem. I also think you shouldn't have to ask for more coffee or towels everyday or your bed to be made especially for extended stays.

We were disappointed by our stay. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The balcony was scary. There were large chunks of ceiling peeling, missing, and water soaked, with rusty beams exposed. The pools are too small for the size of the hotel. The room next door played loud, thumping music past 1 am. Calling the front desk and texting through the ap did not help. Someone came to tell them to quiet down, which they did, but only temporarily. We had no sleep on our 2nd night. We will not stay here again.

Would never book again, service was awful!

the bed was the best part about this hotel even though it was hard as a rock. The floor where the lanolin is in our room stayed wet the whole time, the baseboard under the air conditioning was gone to the point we could see insulation and the ac unit was held up a piece of wood. I booked an ocean view room and pictures online showed oceanfront so that’s what i expected, so i then called the front desk and staff was very rude and unprofessional, made me feel as if I was a burden. The elevator floors were very spongy and stayed dirty the whole trip! The indoor pool was nasty and cloudy, and the outdoor pool was not anything to rave about. If you have the money don’t book here! Man with the blonde curly ponytail was an absolute piece of work.
