Horrible stay

Horrible did not receive the room I paid for the hotel stated they sent your company letters and emails stating that we had to call the hotel to request what room we wanted I paid too much for two beds and a small bathroom. The room was also dirty. I will not book with your company again. Very dissatisfied

Convenient location, maybe 200 yards to the ocean. The pool (9ft) and lazy river were nice. Housekeeping were lax on cleaning the rooms, a lot of sand was on the floor. You get what you pay for.

The tub/ shower was busted large holes in the fiberglass covered with a mat! Very dangerous . They knew this but rented the room anyway. Minimal or no cooking pots/ pans. One lid to the room we got moved to. One fork / one spoon for 4 people Told the staff twice, still no cook ware after a four night stay. Had a service dog approved for her to live at the university we were moving her to that week , they charged us for a service animal ! $60 a night.
The tub conveniently covered up with a mat almost broke a foot
Mat when removed. They knew this unit should have been out of collision yet rented it. They moved us upstairs but never informed us “ we will call you”. Upon my return had to go seek staff as the “ oh, no one called you”
This is supposed to have pots pans to cook. Bought food to cook had to pitch it One LID. Told the staff twice. Minimal silverware one spoon. Two forks. This was the upstairs we moved to. Downstairs had pots pans but one girl. One spoon for 4 ppl

Severe upgrades needs to be made. This is not a typical Wyndham property. I felt unsafe and dirty staying there. Front desk personnel-Rose was top notch. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. A very smooth check in.

We like that it was close to the ocean . The room was out of date, holes in the bathroom where the shower curtain was. The walls was stained like it had ether mold or was smoked in previously. 200$ additional dollars on top of the 500$ we paid was crazy but atleast was refundable

It was great. The first room we were in had a few extremely minor issues so we asked just to see if there was another room. That late at night we didn’t have high expectations but the lady at the front was extremely friendly and didn’t hesitate to just give us a different room. Everything was perfect in the second room. We forgot to remove the privacy sign when we need more towels, but luckily caught the cleaning staff in the walkway and she was extremely kind and gave us fresh towels. Parking was good. There was a couple of times we had to park in the back park of the lot but it was good. Stairs were under maintenance so we had to take the elevator. All in all, very satisfied and would stay there again!

Unfortunately, the pictures are better than real life. The front desk was very friendly. when I went to take a shower. I looked down and there was black curly wig hair all over the bottom of the shower that had come off the inside of the shower curtain and was coming out of the drain as well. I hurry up and cleaned it up before my husband saw it because I knew he would flip out then when I got out of the shower, I noticed on the hand soap pump. There was also black curly wig hair the third day we were there I received towels that had the same looking black wig hair on it. I’m not sure what’s going on with the wig hair but it kind of grossed me out The accommodations were pretty basic. We really only needed it to sleep at night because we were out and about all day, so it worked for what we needed it for, but I wouldn’t return.

Book with caution if you must

Someone needs to be honest about this hotel. Upon arrival the property looks nothing like the photos shown. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot/ on the street which is so unsafe for several reasons. The room given to me had two doors which both led out to the street and were not ever secure at all. Vents were hanging from the bathroom sealing. There was an incident with a homeless person right outside our room door which scared my children. I immediately left and booked another please today and I would not recommend staying here with your family. I personally would not stay there on my own either.

Recommend you stop and stay

Overall stay was awesome some of the staff would not acknowledge when you were speaking to them until you raised your voice and hollered. Room service daily and clean linen’s. Pool was nice and lazy river was nice a little discolored from all the sunscreen sand and stuff from beach. They did clean it every morning so they were on top of doing the best they could.
