Immaculate boutique hotel right in old town of Napflio. The location is phenomenal and everything is close. They have an amazing breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel in Napflio.

The room with balcony is very small, you will struggle to have 2 large suitcases in the room. The balcony it's self is fantastic and superb view. Room is clean and in great conditions. Staff was welcoming.

The property has been upgraded so everything is pretty new. However, the room is small and the shower is tiny. Breakfast is good, lots of selection and cooked well. The location is convenient but can get noisy at night, it's located in the middle of town. We got woken up the middle of the night when a man started yelling in English (must be a tourist). I am giving it a 2 because there are some obvious small things missing: - no water boiler/coffer maker in room, or anywhere in the property. - only 2 paper cups in the room. Usually I expect a cup (for coffee/tea, which is missing too) and a glass. - the shower is small and the shower door doesn't close very tight;y, leaking water to outside. - the first night we were there, there were only 1 body towell with 2 hand towell (and no face towell). I just feel a lot of the shortcomings is due to housekeeping, easily fixable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem hotel. The location of the hotel in Old Town was excellent, and super walkable to everything we wanted to see. The charm and location can't be beat. The welcoming and caring staff made it an excellent stay. We enjoyed our breakfast and views from our room. We parked at the port, and walked about 10 minutes with our luggage to get to the hotel. This was no problem for us. The car can't get there directly. We also found the area around the hotel to be noisy - though that's what you get for staying in the centre of old town! It wasn't a problem - though I'm glad I brought earplugs for sleeping. Overall we found this to be a great hotel and location with all the charm we wanted from our Nafplio visit!

Great location, easy to park. Just one block in from the main parking area. Super helpful staff, recommended an amazing restaurant. And breakfast in the morning was exactly as ordered with precision.
