All bedrooms feature air conditioning/heating units for your comfort. The main floor is open concept with a large living room space and newly renovated designer kitchen for your enjoyment. There is a laundry room with both a washing machine and a dryer for your use. The back of the villa boasts large windows and large glass doors with breathtaking views of the old town of Nafplio and the Palamidi castle. The lower level is a semi-basement with its own kitchen, full bathroom, laundry, living room with pullout couch, desk for business studying and an extra large room with two king size beds.

The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has two large covered balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee of evening glass of wine while admiring spectacular views of the mountains and Argolic Gulf. There is a television, two spacious closets, and a zero gravity massage chair for you to enjoy. The master bedroom has a master ensuite attached with a coffee and water station.

Please let us know and we will provide a playpen, high chair, and arrange for a children’s play area with foam tiles for safety and play and plastic toys that can be easily cleaned and sanitized. The top tier of the backyard is completely fenced with all gate doors having security latches so you can enjoy yourself and have peace of mind while your children have a large and safe place to play in. You will also find a swing set and slide when first entering the property which has been equipped with lighting for your children to enjoy during the day or in the evenings as well. The large driveway is also equipped with a professional basketball hoop.

The perimeter of the property is fenced with a remote controlled gate for security.
