Overall it is really an excellent hotel. Many of the rooms should be updated, but still they are adequate and spacious. The breakfast area can be busy, but there is a large adjacent room with plenty of space. The hotel staff were great. The onsen has a spacious indoor bath and plenty of washing areas. The outdoor bath is very pleasant, just be careful walking on the stone surfaces. The staff takes good care of the onsen and sauna. The location is good. You can walk to Nagahama JR station and the old town area is just beyond. The lake and the large beautiful next door park and castle is good for walking. There are not many restaurants open at night in central Nagahama, but you can probably find something.

入住當下發現冰箱內部沒有隔板，無法盛放食物及東西，經反應後，人員要我們直接使用，嚴正表明影響使用便利性，結果經過爭吵（因為人員不想處理），勉為其難提供一個小單門冰箱，但沒有製冷功能等於無法使用，感受非常差。早餐及晚餐的自助餐點有地方特色但無變化（每天都一樣），湖景漂亮、地點方便，房間空間大但清潔度有待加強。

部屋からの眺めも最高だたし、食事も滋賀県の特産物や近江牛のすき焼きは、最高でした。 お風呂も大浴場に露天風呂と、さすがにリゾート&スパです。11階に泊りましたが、朝焼けが綺麗で、エレベーター横の窓が、絵画のようでした。接客も大変良かったです。また泊りたいです。
