Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. Note: not able to add photos somehow so go check out the listing. add a photo button doesn't seem to work.

総合的にとても良いホテルでした。備品や建物のデザインなど質が良いと思います。快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆様は丁寧なのですが、やはり開業1年経ってもホスピタリティという面でビジネスホテル並みか以下と感じます。以下気になった点です。 ・フロントの方、駐車場利用のQRコードの利用方法の説明なし ・駐車場がわかりにくいと多くの人が言っているにも関わらず事前メールはGoogleマップのリンクのみ(道を知ってないと難しいと思います) ・フロントの方、はーいと間の抜けた返事で驚きました ・

スタジアム併設、ロビーからもスタジアムを自由に見下ろせるというのはすばらしい。階下のスタジアムも開放感ありとてもよい。クラフトビールのお店が非常においしかった。朝食ビュッフェも相当良い。プリンスホテルと並ぶくらいかそれ以上かもしれない。

お風呂やプールにタオルがありません

大浴場にはタオルが無く部屋のタオルを持って行くようにとの事ですが、お風呂にタオルが置かれてないホテルは聞いた事がないですし、とても不便で不衛生です。 プールにもタオルが置かれてなかったのですが、部屋に置かれた一枚のバスタオルで過ごせというのは対応が悪すぎると思います。

2泊で滞在しましたが、1泊目の夜に自動車で外出。ホテルの戻った後、QRコードのレシートを1度使用した旨伝えると、別のQRシートを渡されたが、発行日付が私のチェクインよりも前のものであり、不審に思いチェックアウト時にロビーで、念のためそのチケットで出られるのか尋ねたところロビーの女性は大丈夫と返答。　実際には出庫時に未精算と表示されインターホンで説明しゲートオープン。　念のため尋ねたのに少々残根でした。

整體性價比高，酒店房間舒適空間大，露台景觀是整個球埸，餐廳及酒店大堂均有展望台，餐廳食物質素非常好，食物種類繁多。酒店提供免費飲料，貼心服務，溫泉，游泳池也有提供，游泳池景觀也是對著球場，記得帶游泳衣。

客室はとても清潔で、バルコニーからの景色も最高でした。 食事もスタジアムコンコースに複数のお店があり、楽しめました。 複合施設のためか、サウナが水着着用なのが残念だったので星一つ減点ですが、総じてとてもいいホテルです。

あまりに広大な施設で移動の大変さもあるが、スタッフの対応が行き届いていた。ジップラインが楽しかった。5Fの部屋だったがスタジアムが見える部屋の大半を企業が押さえて反対側の山側であったのが残念だった。

旅行が好きで色んなホテルに泊まってきましたが、子どもが「今まで行った中で1番良かったー」と大変喜んでおりました！ 朝食付きプランにしたのであまり気にはならなかったですが、後付けにすると1人4000円になっており、あの内容ではかなり高いかな？と感じましたのでサービスは−1で！ また絶対泊まりたいホテルでした☆
