The hotel service was excellent. The room was very small. You can stay here for 1-2nights maximum with small luggages only otherwise there will be no room to walk. We stayed here with my son 8 y/o and i was surprised that he is not allowed to stay in the same room with us only 6 years old below can stay with parents which I dont think was disclosed here at hotels.com. It was very king of the receptionist to accommodate us for this instance only. I will never stay in this hotel again. Do not recommend with kids.

Walkable from Nagoya train station, though due to ongoing construction, some sections are a bit bumpy. The hotel is very nice, and I would give it 4.5 starts if that was an option. The only negative is that it feels a bit impersonal, and it seems mostly oriented towards business travelers.

Wonderful experience

Both me and family members loves the location and the hot tub at the facility. I have personal incidents that required last minute booking and hotel staff are so accomidating and understanding about the situation where they reseve a room for me and indicate if i need to cancel it before required time that they will do the refund. I am much pleasant and appreciate the hotel staffs and their kind understanding, they touch my heart when i needed the most 🙏

Property was ok but room was very tiny. AIRCON/HEAT IS CENTRALLY CONTROLLED BY THE HOTEL AND CAN ONLY BE SET TO EITHER AIRCON OR HEAT - NO GUEST CHOICE BY INDIVIDUAL ROOM. Even though the room was VERY hot, the hotel had selected the system for heat only, no aircon possible, and no fan. We were told to “open the window” which was not designed to be opened more than a few inches. The room was stifling. On top of that, it was then difficult to sleep due to all of the train station and late-night revelers’ noise. This was completely unacceptable and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they expect to be able to have control of the temperature in their room.

Great hotel with the Japanese huge bath

Good location, very clean and reasonable price. The room was small for two beds but that’s the standard in Japan so I should not complain. Great big bath in the hotel—that’s the main reason I chose this hotel. It lived up to my expectation. Good breakfast buffet.
