名古屋駅近くにあり、駐車場もすぐ近くにあるので利便性は良い。清潔感はある。 5人まで泊まれるので家族で宿泊したが、基本2人用の設備でイスが足りない、タオルは質が悪い。キッチンの充実や洗濯機まで揃っているのがムダな気がする。おしゃれな作りだが実用性に欠けていた。最悪なのが上の階の足音が響いて、子連れらしく飛んだり走ったりされ、クレーム対応も不十分なため、早朝から騒音で眠れず不快な旅行になった。子どものマナーのみでなく、防音設備の不良だと思う。あの金額ならホテル泊にすれば良かった。
