It is our second time in this hotel. The area, hotel, amenities, public bath, rental area are always exceptional.. we will keep coming back to this hotel everytime we are in nagoya.. we were on the 11th floor and easy accessible to the laundry area..

The bed room not enough the pillow . I’m booking the bed room is 2 adult 2 children . The bedroom have two pillows is not enough. I asked the staff want more pillows , he said is nothing. Why booking the room is 4 person , only two pillows ? The staff said the pillows is for the adult , children is no pillow to use .
