I had a wonderful stay! The staff was so accommodating and kind and helped me with transporting my luggage to my next location. The rooms are quite pretty and comfortable and they let you have free drinks at the first floor cafe. Thank you!

Convenient location just a few hundred meters walk from the main train station. Nice walk to the Toyota museum which was surprisingly interesting on the textile manufacturing side if you like learning how things are made. We found great restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

What a gem! The proximity of this hotel is excellent. It was close to the train station and bus terminal and lots of FNB options. The hotel itself was impeccable. The amenities clean and modern, the staff extremely helpful. We will be back.

Within a 7-min walk from Nagoya Station, with plenty of F&B options around. Self-serve amenities bar at the lobby was fantastic, esp the bath salts. Free-flow drinks all-day for hotel guests was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety, even offering local specialties like Unagi don and red bean paste on toast. All in all, no complaints and will stay again

Excellent hotel to stay in Nagoya

Efficient check-in & check-out. Good room layout which is sufficient for two guests with two large luggages to move around, pack/unpack, relax and rest. Generous in-room hotel supplies which are sufficient even for long stay customers (who do not request daily room make-up) without the need and inconvenience to ask for refill at front desk. Staff are also flexible in responding to customers' needs. Free drinks at cafe during 10am to 8pm is added plus enabling tired guests to have a comfotable place with tables to chat. relax & relief thirsty before returning to room. Excellent breakfast with well balanced variety and quality and dishes are refilled quickly. Sound proof is very good which is seldom nowadays in other hotels. The best hotel ever during my stays in Japan. The only issue is the pillow and mattress do not suit my body and I need to made these up using towel and pyjamas to improve sleep quality. Will book this hotel again the next time I travel to Nagoya.

Good option for a short stay in Nagoya

A very good and convenient stop close to the Nagoya railway station. Not easy to find at night with Google Maps however. Clean and quiet.

Around 5mins walk from the station. It is so convenient. The rooms were clean and decent and there was enough space for our luggages. I am looking forward to stay again in my next trip.
