Very good

Has all the supplies and conveniences one would need in the lobby, like cold drinking water, microwave, dinning seats and tables, grooming supplies. Free breakfast is definitely a plus.
I don’t know if it’s correct to blame the front desk staff, maybe it’s just hotel policy, but she made my friend leave and wouldn’t let him leave his bags for an hour while we got something to eat. Just seemed kind of rude to me. The room was very small for me since I am 6’6” (2m) tall but I think it’s probably typical of a cheap Japanese hotel room.
