Hamps Landing is nestled in the South Ridge Community, an area located in the heart of Nags Head and close to all this area has to offer. When you arrive, use the convenient cargo lift to send up your luggage and groceries for an effortless check-in experience. Enjoy your morning coffee and horizon ocean view while watching the sunrise from the top level deck.

The open floor plan features the kitchen, dining and living area that is a great layout for family gatherings and entertaining. Relax in your hot tub after you have spent your day at the beach or checking out all the Outer Banks has to offer.

Hamps Landing is located a short walk from the sound and is perfect for small children and water sports and is the perfect neighborhood for walking and your furry friends will enjoy it too!

This home also offers access to the YMCA with an indoor/outdoor (seasonal) pool, sauna, fitness center, gymnasium, racquetball, locker rooms and more.
